We are currently growing and developing our existing maintenance team and are looking for experienced Trade Engineers.with in Plumber/Plaster/ElectricianIn housing you can make a real difference, the role of a Trade Engineer will involve:
- Conducting reactive repairs within customers' homes
- Dealing with emergencies that could be a threat to life and property as well as routine maintenance.
- Responding to prearranged repair appointments
- To actively drive and promote a first-time fix repairs culture
- Be forthcoming with new ideas and solutions to improve our service offering.
As a Trade Engineer you must have:
- A relevant qualification in one core trade
- Conscientious and aware of Health and Safety
- Driving licence
- Excellent communication skills and a customer focus
