Process Technician
Inroads International is a small team, family business, operating within the global animal feed industry.
We are seeking a full time factory operative to join our production team.
Primary duties will include:
- the handling, weighing and blending of powdered and liquid raw materials to make finished products.
- Packaging and wrapping
- Sampling and QC submissions
- Unloading and loading of vehicles
- The implementation of company policies relating to feed safety, chemical safety and hygiene
Candidates must be motivated, physically fit and have a keen eye for detail. They must be calm under pressure and able to manage themselves.
Previous factory experience, and a fork lift truck licence is preferred.
A thorough induction and training plan will be in place, with scope for CPD.
Business opening hours are 0830 to 1700, with a one hour break for lunch.
Salary is negotiable around experience, together with a full company pension.
