Our client, who are a law firm known for excellence and innovation, are looking for a Legal PA to join their dynamic Commercial Group based in Birmingham. As an integral part of their inclusive and supportive team, you'll play a key role in delivering excellence and achieving their team goals.
Your role involves providing proactive PA support to Partners and Legal Advisors within the Commercial and IP team. From diary management and billing to document preparation and client engagement, your responsibilities are diverse and essential. As part of their collaborative environment, you'll contribute to the success of the team and enhance client relationships.
As a firm, they value your experience, and are seeking an individual with previous PA experience in a legal setting, ideally within Commercial or a similar practice area.
Your self-motivation and high standards, coupled with excellent keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications, make you a perfect fit. Attention to detail, flexibility, and adaptability are crucial, as is your ability to suggest and implement new, efficient processes.
