TEACHER OF BIOLOGY
(Full-time, maternity cover – 12 months)
Concord College is England’s premier co-educational boarding school set in the heart of the Shropshire countryside with 605 students aged 13-19. The College is highly academic and students consistently achieve excellent ‘A’ level results. In 2021 94% of students achieved A*/A and 98% A*- B. We are also delighted that 111 students have been offered places at Oxford and Cambridge over the last six years.
We wish to appoint a well-qualified and enthusiastic full-time Teacher of Biology on a 12 months fixed term contract from September 2022.
The successful candidate will be capable of teaching Biology up to A level and have the ability to expertly and confidently prepare students for all aspects of the GCSE and A level examinations. A willingness to contribute to the broader life of the College is expected. Applications from newly qualified teachers will be considered.
