We are pleased to announce the Second Phase of Development for Our New Residential Special School

Longridge School – Penkridge Staffordshire

We firmly believe that quality care is only provided by a consistent, motivated and well trained care team. We are therefore always looking for enthusiastic people to join our growing and dynamic care team.

You will support vulnerable young people with Autism, Learning Disabilities and complex needs, who may need help with day-to-day skills including personal-care. We are looking for calm, conscientious and kind team members, who can take care of the daily needs of our young people.

Roles: Qualified Senior Residential Support Worker and Residential Support Worker: Children’s Learning Disability Services

Full time positions will operate a rolling 2 on 4 off rota and sleep ins will be required.

Part time roles are also available, we can be flexible with contracted hours and sleep in requirements.

Unqualified starting rates £10 per hour plus sleep in payments (£26,000 per annum including sleep in payments) increasing with experience and qualifications (level 3 QCF).

Training and a comprehensive induction package is provided along with ongoing CPD opportunities and enrolment onto the level 3 Diploma.
