Age UK Shropshire Telford & Wrekin is a thriving local independent charity that strives to work with and for older people to improve the quality of later life. Due to expansion and internal development, this exciting opportunity has arisen within the front office reception team, and we are seeking individuals with good communication skills, admin/IT experience and a genuine interest in helping older people.
The Senior Office Administrator will be required to ensure the smooth running of our reception service and manage a small team of Office Administrators. Both posts will involve Information Signposting, Health & Safety support, maintaining records on our information database and supporting our quality standards (full training will be given) along with general admin duties using MS software.
