Salary Grade 5 (£19,312 to £19,698, pro rata)
Part Time, 30 hours per week (8.45 to 3.15 Monday to Friday); Term Time plus 2 weeks

We are looking to appoint a Receptionist/Reprographics Assistant to welcome visitors and deal with telephone calls, mail, photocopying and general administration.  Applicants must be calm, courteous and efficient with good ICT skills and be able to provide clerical support to other staff as required.  This is a busy office and the person appointed will be expected to be flexible to deal with the many varied duties, including first aid as all Reception staff will be required to oversee the school medical room (training will be provided).

Good general customer service skills will be required plus a high level of ICT skills and knowledge of general administrative duties to support the day to day activities of the school. Full training will be available to the successful applicant as required.

Salary Grade 1 (£9.25 per hour)
Permanent 25 hours per week term time only. Normal hours of work are 07:00 – 09:00 and 15.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday but some flexibility to provide cover for other staff and additional hours during some school holidays is required. Post may be suitable for job share.
