Full Time Office Administrator – North Shropshire
An office administrator is sought for a family run diverse Rural Estate and Farming business in North Shropshire.
Working with the property and farm management teams, the role will be varied and include:
- Acting as the key point of contact for, and liaison with, tenants, contractors and suppliers.
- Bookkeeping including VAT, pensions, payroll and year end.
- Managing office processes and IT.
- Supporting office staff in their day-to-day roles.
The successful applicant will be:

The successful applicant will have:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A problem-solving attitude.
- Good IT skills.
- A proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in bookkeeping systems, Landmark Key Prime being an advantage.
- Accountancy qualifications, ideally AAT level 3, or a willingness to progress towards this.
An understanding of the rural economy is an advantage but not essential.
Contract:
- The role will be office based within the village of Calverhall, North Shropshire.
- Full Time.
- Holiday entitlement of 20 days plus bank holidays.
- Contributory pension.
- Salary commensurate upon experience.
