Job Description

Role Outline: To perform administration duties supporting the Sales and production/service activities of the company by processing customer orders, despatch and invoice routines, transportation booking with co-ordination, monthly stock check audits, identification and labelling of supplier receivables.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities

 

  • Customer Order Processing to generate Supplier Purchase Orders and Internal Sales Orders / Works Orders
  • Support and handling of sales offer and order processing using IT tools (CRM, SAGE)
  • Handling production schedule preparation and logistics work including checking despatch and shipping schedules, delivery and payment, filing and document preparation
  • Support delivery clarification with customers, suppliers, HQ Germany and Production.
  • Assistant to Sales matters
  • Create files and maintain copies of Sales Orders, Invoices, Despatch Notes and Supplier Purchase Orders
  • Other tasks assigned by the superior
Knowledge and skills:
  • Good English Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Team player personality (as you work closely with team to achieve company targets)
  • Willing to learn, self-motivated, customer-first minded, action oriented
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Purchasing Methods and Procedures would be an advantage but not essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAGE and CRM IT systems preferred
  • Equivalent with 1-2 years working experience as sales assistant or administrative supporting staff before would be an advantage but not essential
