Office Administrator - Newport
We are looking for an Office Administrator to deal with our:
* Telephone Enquiries and Customer Service
* Directing and Managing Emails
* Supervising Postage, Packaging and Courier Collection
* Invoice Book Management and applying appropriate Sanctions
* Designing, Planning and applying Social Media Marketing on all platforms
* Editing, Cropping and Sizing Images for Online Catalogues
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with good administration and interpersonal skills who is friendly and willing to learn. They should be energetic, enthusiastic and self motivated yet able to work as part of a small team.
Experience in the world of Auction Rooms is not essential as full training will be given however marketing promotion experience and a strong knowledge of Social Media Platforms would be advantageous.
This is a Full Time Position, Monday-Friday 9.00am until 5.00pm. Occasional Holiday Cover may be required on Saturdays (no more than 4 Saturdays per annum)
The position is based at Newport Saleroom, 58 High Street, Newport, TF10 7AQ
