Bridgnorth, Shropshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Administrator to join a busy, friendly team in Bridgnorth, Shropshire to support our Occupational Therapists in the delivery of assessment services including the provision of equipment and adaptations on behalf of Local Authorities.  This role will require the successful applicant to assist with:

  • Managing correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
  • Answer phone calls and transfer them as necessary
  • Draft, format, and print relevant documents
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Photocopy and file appropriate documents as needed

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail; ability to work without supervision; excellent time management skills and exceptional communication and customer service skills.
