New Chapters Fostercare is an “Outstanding” Ofsted rated Independent Fostering Agency that provides a therapeutic approach to parenting and building relationships. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Marketing Lead and Administration Officer to join our team located in Upton Magna, Shrewsbury. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Social Media advertising and understands how it fits into our overall marketing strategy to recruit foster carers across the region to enable the agency to fulfil its mission: to provide a New Chapter for every child and a place to call home.


As a valued member of the team you will be customer-focussed, you will be someone who is able to take direction and run with it and have the confidence to come up with new ideas and have the ability to write good and engaging content. You will manage your own workload which will include a range of administrative tasks. You will have extensive administrative experience, have excellent social media skills and ideally a lot of knowledge of Facebook (“Meta”). You will also have experience of working in marketing and/ or social media, enjoy working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and be able to build professional and collaborative relationships with external parties.
