Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our busy lettings department. Letting Negotiator experience or having worked previously within a Letting Agent environment is preferred . Must work well under pressure and as part of a team. ARLA qualified would be preferred.

Duties will include

  • General reception duties, meeting and greeting clients, answering calls, arranging viewings
  • Preparing tenancy and legal documents
  • Carrying out referencing and Right to Rent checks
  • Daily banking to include allocation or rent payments and landlord payments
  • Rent arrears chasing
  • Processing Contractor invoices/payments
  • Landlord Tax Statements
  • Reconcile client bank accounts
  • Keeping up to date with legislation/regulations

 Salary depending on experience
