Internal Sales Co-ordinator
Boss Design Limited are a high quality manufacturer of office and commercial seating based in Dudley and we are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Co-ordinator in our busy Internal Sales Department.
General duties include: Providing full support to our External Account Managers, looking after our dealer client base & corporate clients, dealing with general enquiries, price requests, lead times, image requests etc. Issuing quotations, organising site installations and deliveries, receiving and processing orders.
There will be a great deal of customer liaison within this role at a senior level, so the individual needs to be confident on the phone and with customer interaction. The successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail, very good organisation skills and it is imperative that they have excellent use of grammar and a high standard of written work. As the individual will be based in our Dudley showroom there will be occasions when assistance is required with making drinks and serving lunch for client visits.
Previous Sales Office / Customer Service experience is a necessity; experience in manufacturing would be an advantage.
