(Permanent, full time, 52 weeks)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a qualified Gas Engineer/Plumber to join an established team on a full-time, permanent basis.  You must have a strong plumbing experience holding the relevant ACS qualifications in Domestic and preferably Commercial plumbing.  Commercial training will be available for the right candidate.

You will need to be suitably qualified to join the School’s “Gas Safe” register. In addition to dealing with minor maintenance tasks such as drain blockages and domestic boiler repairs, you will also be responsible for fault finding, new boiler installations and the servicing of a range of gas equipment. The variety of installations, and the size of the School site, means that you will work on a wide range of installations in terms of their size, age and complexity.

You must hold a full driving licence, have the ability to problem solve and be able to recognise hazardous situations and know how to respond accordingly.  You will be someone who is able to work flexible hours and be committed to working as part of a team.
