Job Description

P/T - FINANCE ASSISTANT

12 HRS PW

TO BE WORKED MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY

SCP 5-8 - £19,312 - £20,493 pro-rata

 

Applicants should have finance accounting experience, using financial software; competent in raising/paying invoices, bank/petty cash reconciliation, banking income, experience of year end and audit process. Duties include covering reception when necessary.

 

Both candidates should be highly motivated with excellent IT skills, competent in Microsoft office, have good organisational skills and be able to work individually or as part of a team.   Experience of working in local government desirable.
