Job Description

PART-TIME FINANCE/ADMIN ASSISTANT
17 HOURS P/W WORKED MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY
SCP 5-8: £19,312 - £20,493 pro-rata

The ideal applicant is highly motivated and can maintain accurate financial records, competently use accounting software, raise/process invoices, reconcile cash books, and banking. Admin skills include competent use of MS Word and Excel, good organisational skills, and ability to work individually or in a team. General duties to include filing, notetaking, updating documents, and occasionally covering reception. Local Government experience desirable but not essential.
