About The Role
You will provide support to the Group Chief Executive and Executive Team ensuring they are able to carry out their role in leading the organisation and in their accountability to the Board.
You will manage the Executives’ time and diaries ensuring they are where they need to be, on time and with everything they need. You will plan, think ahead and second guess. If you have a crystal ball – that will prove useful!
Required Skills and Experience
You will have outstanding organisational skills, be an excellent communicator, be able to work on your own initiative and have the confidence to deal with key stakeholders in a professional and diplomatic manner.
It is essential for the successful candidate to have an excellent command of the English Language and accurate minute taking and typing skills along with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. GCSE or equivalent grades A-C are essential. Candidates must have proven experience in a similar role with at least 3 years' experience.
