We are looking for an experienced property professional, with a proven record of managing the various statutory requirements associated with a large portfolio of differing properties, compiling maintenance programmes, and delivering day-to-day and small works programmes. You will have experience of managing tradesmen, managing service delivery and budgets together with a thorough understanding of property and buildings related legislation.
The successful candidate is likely to be from a Facilities Management/Management Surveyor/Construction Project Manager background who will be able to assist in the development of our maintenance procedures and record keeping, as well as identifying and delivering a variety of small projects around the site using the in-house maintenance team.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will hold a formal property-based qualification (en-route to MRICS or equivalent). This is a full-time all year-round position and the successful person must be able to embrace the flexible nature of working in a boarding school.
