The role of a Deputy Manager is exciting and fulfilling. You will be responsible and accountable for the day to day care of the young people ensuring that their needs are met in line with a structured care plan.

You will be an important part of the wider Children’s Services multi-disciplinary team of professionals including social workers, outreach workers and early intervention teams all working towards and supporting children and young people in our care, to reach their full potential.
