Customer Engagement & Feedback Manager
Full Time – 36 hours per week
Listening to our customers is critical to our vision and to influence service planning and delivery.
We are looking for someone to manage and lead our work focusing on engaging with customers and embedding customer involvement across the organisation.
The postholder will aim to ensure we effectively achieve compliance with Consumer Standards and the Housing Ombudsman Code.
We are looking for people to join colleagues in our newly created Customer Voice and Value Team.
