Company Secretariat Administrator
Battlefield Enterprise Park, Shrewsbury, SY1 3BF

HLM Property Management is seeking candidates to recruit a new First Point of Contact Administrator, supporting our UK network of offices.

Key responsibilities:

•             To provide a First Point of Contact for Company Secretariat Department telephone calls

•             To provide administrative support, dealing with emails, mail merges, scanning, filing and other tasks as needed

Key requirements:         

•             Excellent telephone manner

•             Good customer service skills

•             IT literate and with experience of using customer management systems

•             Good literacy and numeracy      

•             Attention to detail
