Client Services Administrator
Midlands Wealth Management - Full Time, Permanent Position

Our business provides financial planning advice to a range of clients across the UK. We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual, with very good written and verbal communication skills, organisational abilities and a track record of customer satisfaction, to expand on our successful team.

Previous work experience where discretion was important, as well as close attention to detail is desirable.  General office administration duties include client liaison, document preparation, working with our CRM system and diary management. Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and a working knowledge of various IT systems are also desirable.

We are situated in a comfortable office building on the Shrewsbury Business Park.

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with 1 hour lunch break, flexibility for the right candidate.

Benefits: Salary £20,000 to £23,000 (based on experience. Plus ½ year discretionary bonuses up to £2,000 p.a. Plus Private Medical Insurance, after a qualifying period.
