Our business provides financial planning advice to a range of clients across the UK. We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb organisational abilities and a proven track record of customer satisfaction, to expand on our highly successful team. We are comfortably situated in a dedicated building within the Shrewsbury Business Park, with easy access to neighbouring communities.
The successful candidate will adhere to the company ethos by promoting and supporting a positive and healthy work environment. Previous work experience in a position where discretion and sensitivity were paramount is essential. Additional requirements include strong attention to detail, an excellent ability to build client relationships, producing quality work to strict deadlines, the initiative to think ahead and the aptitude to work independently, when necessary.
General day-to-day office administration duties include client liaison, document preparation, maintaining our CRM system and diary management. Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and a competency, combined with practical knowledge, of various IT systems, are critical components to this position. The core responsibility of this position will be the daily monitoring and process resolution of client accounts.
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch break, flexibility for the right candidate.
