Business Operations Manager, Shropshire Partners in Care
Salary – £38,000 pa (full-time, 37 hours per week)

This is an exciting time to join Shropshire Partners in Care, the care association for Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, with social care in the spotlight both nationally and locally. We are a not-or-profit organisation representing approximately 240 independent care/nursing homes, supported living and domiciliary care providers in Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin. We are the local voice for the independent adult social care sector and offer a wide range of services for care providers including training, a Disclosure and Barring Service and a wide range of workforce initiatives.
We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to support the leadership and governance of the organisation, with specific focus on financial management, governance, IT and facilities, and HR and staff management.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Officer and our Board of Directors in the financial management and governance, and the operational management, of the organisation to ensure that it is effectively managed.
You will have knowledge and experience in financial management, corporate governance, IT management and facilities management.
You will need effective interpersonal and influencing skills, excellent communication skills, and strong organisational and management abilities.
Knowledge and experience of working with a Board of Directors/Trustees, and of managing external accreditations/membership required as a training provider, would be desirable.
