To assist the Administration Assistant and Operations Manager in the day to day running of the officeand administrative tasks.
Providing administrative support to colleagues
Answering all enquiries in a timely manner via; email, telephone, website and social media
Booking and administration of Knowledge Hub events
CRM system management and data entry
Updating and maintaining data on company software.
Developing and processing paperwork
Sales and business development
Accounts and finance support
Managing the booking of hotels/trains for external business events
