An Accounts and Office Assistant is required to join a leading Wolverhampton based groundwork contractor.
You will offer support to the Finance and Office Manager across various areas.
* Purchase ledger Sage 50 accounts monthly input.
* Sage Payroll.
* Knowledge of CIS and the construction industry
* Updating training database and processing training requirements.
* Keeping database of H & S records
* Booking in of labour and monitoring of vehicle trackers.
* Hudsons Payroll.
* Good telephone skills
* IT literate in both Word and Excel
* The ability to multitask
Approximately 20 – 25 hours per week. Circa £13.00 per hour.
