Business Manager – Leadership Spine 49-53 (£52,805-56,783).
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, Full time.
The Governing Body is seeking to appoint an ambitious, energetic, highly self- motivated and skilled professional to this key Senior Leadership Team post.
The successful candidate will have experience of successfully managing finance, HR and support functions, ideally within a school or education setting. The successful candidate will be required to provide effective leadership of all support functions including:
Human Resources, including Employment Law
Contract management and tendering
Premises, compliance and estate management
Accessing new income streams, fund raising
The Business Manager is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and needs to possess excellent leadership, management and inter-personal skills. The post offers excellent professional development for the successful candidate
